Summer Winds A-512 is a striking fifth-floor, Oceanfront Condo, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, located in the A (middle) building of the complex.

Appreciate handsome ocean vistas from inside and out from the living area and deck spaces! Savor the completely equipped kitchen with coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Bedroom #1 offers a King Bed, Intelligent TV, and Private Full Bathroom, Bedroom #2 provides Queen Bed and Intelligent TV, and Bedroom #3 features 2 Twin Beds and Intelligent TV. Bedrooms 2, 3, and living spaces have access to Full Shared Bath.

In-Unit Conveniences Include: High-speed Wireless Internet, 4 Intelligent TVs; Ceiling Fans; Hair Dryers; Wet Bar; Iron/Ironing Board; Interior Washer/Dryer, Entirely Equipped Kitchen, Covered Balcony and Outdoor Deck Areas with furnishings.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Located in Indian Beach, this vacation home is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Flatwaters Paddling are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting.
