Welcome to your handsome vacation home by the ocean!

You can lay in the bed on the third floor and see the ocean. You can appreciate the ocean by day and ocean breeze by nighttime and then walk to a close by restaurant.

The home is roughly 200 yards from the ocean! IF YOU HAVE STAYED WITH ME BEFORE, I WILL HONOR THE OLD PRICES..I have newly gone up a LITTLE because of the Insurance and taxes.

Every bedroom has its own private deck with an ocean view. The master bedroom has a private hottub and the other hottub is between the two bedrooms on the third floor.

This home is very modern and clean, and I furnish all linens including bath towels. The only things you are asked to bring are your beach towels. There are beach chairs too! Walk in and the home is VACATION READY. There is ample parking for boats, boat trailers, and numerous cars. If you choose to use the neighborhood boat dock it is within three mins. driving from the home. Also, you can walk to the Sheraton pier in less than four mins.. This home is a great location, the only time you will need to get in your car is to go to the grocery (five mins. driving) and do some sightseeing.

Feel complimentary to call or write at any time for additional information.

Atlantic Beach is the oldest of five resort towns along the Bogue Banks on North Carolina's coast. Known as the Crystal Coast, it is a place that stays in your memory as a great vacation spot. From historic Beaufort and the fishing communities Down East to the state port of Morehead City and the excitement of Atlantic Beach and Bogue Banks, the Crystal Coast has something to offer every taste.

Charter fishing fleets whisk you to the Gulf Stream, or Cape Lookout for spectacular angling. Tricks and tips for getting the best Atlantic Beach rental experience:

Getting the best value:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in the Crystal Coast area. To get the best value, consider changing your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Crystal Coast area visitor guide magazines which include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Crystal Coast area magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Choosing the perfect vacation home:

  • Choose your vacation dates and budget.
  • Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. OCEAN VIEW - TWO JACUZZI'S - PET FRIENDLY -BOAT\/TRAILER PARKING has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is usually available on booking websites. Otherwise, contact the host before you book the property. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to work out what is suitable for your vacation.
  • Do your family pets travel with you? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Additional fees or charges applied to your invoice.
  • Looking for unique amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

Some things to know before you go:

  • Get the host's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
  • Keep your rental home locked while you're out! Don't let burglars spoil your vacation.
  • To make certain damages aren't linked to your family's stay, inspect the property for any problem areas when you arrive. Get in touch with the property manager right away to document any damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often times, surrounding homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Double-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on good ratings to stimulate more reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
