Ground-level cavernous conference room for 150 next to the pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings, or family gatherings. Summer Winds A-318 is an Oceanfront 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Third Floor condo. The Living area has a Flat Screen TV & a covered deck with furnishings. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar with microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a twin bunk set and an additional twin bunk. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedrooms #2 & #3 share a Full Bath.

Conveniences include 4 Cable TVs, DVD player, CD/Stereo. Dishwasher, Microwave, Answering Machine, Washer/Dryer. Covered deck. The Homeowners even provide Videos and Beach Chairs for you to appreciate during your vacation!

Total linens includes 1 king, 1 queen, and 3 twins.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

• Summer months are high season in Indian Beach. To get the most suitable rental within your budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Crystal Coast restaurants and activities.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Booking websites often offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
