503 West Sound of the Sea is a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Oceanfront condo that features marvelous vistas of the pristine ocean. Savor the impressive ocean vistas from the Living Area with access to the covered Oceanfront deck with deck furnishings.

The Living Area has a TV with basic cable, and a Sleeper Couch couch that turns into a full sized bed. The Kitchen/Bar Area is entirely equipped with a dishwasher, microwave Fridge with Attached Ice Maker, and a Keurig Coffee Maker for your convenience.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, and TV with basic cable.

Sound of the Sea is an oceanfront condominium complex within walking distance to everything! Two outdoor swimming pools (closed off-season), clubhouse & tennis courts. Walk to the beach, eateries, shopping and more. Gated community. Elevators from ground level. Sorry, no family pets. Wireless Internet Access Included!

In 2025, Up to 2 dogs allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy - no fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 1 Gate Card and 2 Parking Pass (2 cars max). Sound of the Sea does not have overflow parking. ***Lost Gate Card Fee is $75, Lost Parking Pass Fee is $50.***

Reminder: The modest complex pool will reopen in the spring for guest use!

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Emerald Forest Golf and Salty Pirate Water Park are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Crystal Coast restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
