Play tennis or grille-out & picnic in the landscaped courtyards. Located off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & eateries. Now open is a brand new exercise room and indoor swimming pool! A 2,000 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

The Living Area has a 55" LCD TV and a balcony with furnishings with great Ocean Vistas. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher & microwave. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, TV, a Full Bath and a balcony with great Ocean Vistas. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and access to a modest balcony overlooking the tennis courts. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds and access to a modest balcony overlooking the tennis courts. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath.
