A-202 is a Second Floor 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront condo with exceptional ocean and pool vistas! The Living area has open Oceanfront decks providing amazing vistas. Kitchen / Bar with additional seating, microwave,and dishwasher. Master bedroom has open Oceanview deck, Queen bed and private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen, Bedroom #3 has 2 Twins. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bath.

Additional Conveniences: Substantial Flat Screen HD TV with DVD/MP3/CD combo and 2 Additional Flat Screen TVs.

When to reserve a Crystal Coast rental home & When to go:

  • Summer is high season in the Crystal Coast area. To book the largest rental within your budget, we suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
