DESCRIPTION:
Castaway is a light-filled home with plenty of space for your family and friends to spread out, have a great vacation, and feel as if you have been Castaway into the land of tranquility, peaceful, and relaxation!
As you walk into the ground level of Castaway, you will find a rec room that offers a comfortable living space to relax, play games, listen to music, and watch your favorite show! No need to worry about the little ones because the private pool is completely fenced with a safety lock. Also, on the ground level are two guest rooms that are both furnished with two twin beds, each with their own bath. Both rooms are newly decorated!
As you head up to the 2nd floor, you will find the majority of the bedrooms. Each guest room is newly decorated in fresh, soft hues to ensure a calming experience. This floor offers a King guest room with a private bath and 3 Queen guest rooms each with their own baths. The second den area is located on this floor as well and offers comfortable seating for watching TV, working on the computer, or just appreciating a favorite book.Just off the den area, you will find a half bath and a washer/dryer for your convenience. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all linens are laundered between guests.
The third level of Castaway is where the fun happens! The light-filled great room homes the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Tastefully decorated with plenty of seating and entertainment for everybody! You have direct access to the wrap-around porches that offer treetop vistas of the neighborhood as well as the deep blue sea! The kitchen has been thoughtfully outfitted with all the items you will need to prep meals for your favorite people including two dishwashers. There is a dining area for 8 as well as additional seating around the kitchen island. Adjacent to the living room space you will find the handsome Primary Suite offering a King bed and private bath.
Castaway is located in the community of Spinnaker’s Reach. The community pool and beach access is at the corner of Louise Howard Court and Shipwreck Lane. This is roughly a 2-3 min. walk from the home or an even faster golf cart ride. Cart parking is supplied at the pool area.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market.
