Appreciate the beach in a roomy, Middle Row duplex that is a short five min. walk to the beach and 1/3 of a mile to the sound access. This well maintained and exceptionally clean duplex offers a entirely supplied kitchen with pots/pans, plates, cups and silverware. Savor the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach! At nighttime, relax by the fire in the secluded back yard. Jump into a clean bed with fresh linens that are supplied. Catch the striking sunrises or sunsets of Emerald Isle.

The space
The space was newly painted for the 2021 season. Lighting was refreshed and new furnishings was added. Open concept with the kitchen and living room. Two intelligent TV's completely equipped with the latest technology. Fast Wifi is included. Ample parking spaces are supplied. Watch the kids play games in the big back yard, or relax by the fire.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach. Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier and Emerald Forest Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot. Salty Pirate Water Park and Flatwaters Paddling are also worth visiting.

  • In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
