Hi Everyone! Welcome to our Beach House located in the heart of Emerald Isle, walking distance to eateries, piers, entertainment and the beach! Whether you are ready to hit the town or grab some striking seafood and prepare at home, Emerald Isle had tons to offer! We refreshed the bathrooms, master bedroom as of April 2022, all beds and furnishings in 2022 and just put in a completely new central AC system as of April 2023 and a brand new kitchen 2024!

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier and Emerald Forest Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area. Traveling with kids? Consider Emerald Isle Adventures, or check out an event or a game at Cougar Stadium. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
• Property management companies often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything at departure. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on great ratings to propel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
