We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college home events, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Located in Pine Knoll Shores, this condo is on the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Finding the best value:

• Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is a good way to save on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
• Find a copy of your local Crystal Coast visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, visitors guides have money saving offers on local tours and attractions.

• Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking.
• Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or applied to your agreement.

• Respect your neighbors. Often times, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
• Keep your rental home locked while you're away! Don't let thieves ruin your vacation.
• Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
• Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to inspire future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
