The decks are also completely furnished, welcoming, and covered so calming outside in the shade on a charming sunny afternoon is definitely possible! The private pool will have a completely furnished pool deck and can be heated for an additional upcharge.
The ground level of the home is where the fun happens! There is a roomy screened porch secluded by gorgeous island oaks where you are sure to hear the close by ocean waves. The garage offers a ping pong table, foosball, and parking for the golf cart (also for your use). House entry from this level is through the garage which makes it that much easier to get your groceries to the kitchen because the dumbwaiter access is just steps away. There is a queen guest room with a private bath as well as a bunk room with 2 twin over double bunk beds and a couple arcade games for those who may want to play well into the nighttime.
Up one level to the bedroom level. The broad Primary Suite is to the left and is complete with sitting area, soaking tub, standing shower, and deck access. The additional king guest room with a private bath is straight ahead and then another guest room with a queen bed and private bath is to the right. The laundry room with full sized washer and dryer is conveniently located just down the hall. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all linens will be laundered between guests.
The third level is above the tree line which means vistas galore! The living room and dining room offer seating for all and the newly refreshed kitchen is sure to accommodate the chefs of the group. There is a half bath for everybody to use just off the dining area. The guest room located on this floor is furnished with a queen bed and has access to a private, full bath.
Another nice perk is that this home is pet friendly! Bring your furry family member along. There is a $150 nonrefundable pet fee with a max. of 2 dogs allowed.

Strategies for getting the best Crystal Coast rental home experience:

When to go & When to reserve a Crystal Coast rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Crystal Coast area. Book your Crystal Coast vacation in Fall or Spring months to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Look for your local visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitor guides have coupons for local accommodations and attractions.

Use filters to search efficiently:

  • First, have your family commit to date ranges and a spending budget.
  • Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Large, Pet Friendly, Private Pool, Golf Cart,Easy Beach Access has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly available online. If they are not listed, contact the property manager before booking the property. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
  • Is your group looking for special amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or costs could be applied to your invoice.

Some things to know before you go:

  • Add the host's phone number to your phone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Make a record of any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are valuable if there is a dispute.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, television set or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents a lot of concerns.
  • Be respectful. Often, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to compel more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
