Come savor this fabulous condo duplex ( right side) with 4 bedrooms, parking for 5 cars and just a short walk to the beach with nice access in Club Colony . Charcoal grille and 2 outdoor showers, one with hot water!

The first floor has two bedrooms, one with three twin beds and the other with a queen and a twin bed. A full bath and washer and dryer are also located on the first floor.

The second floor also has two bedrooms and a full bath. The living area is an open concept with the living room, kitchen and dining room with seating for eight. There is a front and rear deck with seating and great ocean and sound vistas from the front deck.

TV's are located in all bedrooms and living room. Movies, games and WI-FI supplied.

Renters are required to sign a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is near the beach. Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with jet skiing and snorkeling nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking/biking trails and hunting.

Sticking to a budget:

  • The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.
