Come appreciate this phenomenal condo duplex (right side) with 4 bedrooms, parking for 5 cars and just a short walk to the beach with nice access in Club Colony. Charcoal grille and 2 outdoor showers, one with hot water!

The first floor has two bedrooms, one with three twin beds and the other with 2 Queen Beds. A full bath and washer and dryer are also located on the first floor.

The second floor also has two bedrooms each with a king bed and a full bath with an additional toilet. The living area is an open concept with the living room, kitchen and dining room with seating for eight. There is a front and rear deck with seating and great ocean and sound vistas from the front deck.

TV's are located in all bedrooms and living room. Movies, games and WI-FI supplied.

Renters are required to sign a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is near the beach. Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with jet skiing and snorkeling nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hunting and hiking.

Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the largest vacation home within budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Crystal Coast restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • The earlier your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Owners sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.   • If your group is bringing pets, you will need a pet-friendly rental. Make sure to ask for specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Usually, property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
