Historic 1883 David Williams home in the heart of Beaufort. Appreciate the tranquility and peaceful of Broad Street and walk to dinner at one of the famed eateries. Attractively furnished and refreshed. Bicycle, kayak and paddle-board or take ferry access across Taylor's Creek to Carrot Island and Shackleford Banks and Cape Lookout. Prices set for 2 Bed 2 Bath townhouse. His and her bicycles available for use. Off street parking in private driveway or park on the street in front of the home.

We also allow a private Charter rental of our Fountain Sportfish Cruiser. Read the reviews as we have been have been doing this for years now. We respect your privacy and also welcome interacting with guests as much or as little as they like! We know tons about local attractions, eateries and all the beaches and waterways of this humongous county.

About the Area

Located in Beaufort, this vacation home is in the city center and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Rachel Carson Reserve and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail, while North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights. Mount Maker Charters and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Sticking to a rental home budget:

  • Summer months are high season in Beaufort. To get the best rental home within budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Crystal Coast restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected everything. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
