This fourth-floor side condo is full of the amenities of home. Leave the day's swimsuits and beach towels in the private washer/dryer while you prepare homemade meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Dine at the breakfast bar or the adjacent table, then kick back and relax while watching shows on the 65-inch intelligent TV in the living room. The primary bedroom has a TV and an en suite bathroom, while the guest room has access to the full bathroom in the hallway. A desk workstation is ideal for remote work or online school.

You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Crystal Coast attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Some property management companies offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to add trip insurance.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
