Downtown Blue Manor is a striking, historic home, tucked away on a calming street in the heart of downtown just steps away from New Bern’s rich history, vibrant dining, nightlife, and stores! As one of the few full-sized homes really located in this prime location, it offers a rare blend of spaciousness, comfort, and convenience. Whether you’re here to discover New Bern or simply here to relax and relax, you’ll be ideally positioned to make the most of your stay.

Inside, you’ll find multiple comfortable living rooms to relax in, making the home ideal for families or groups. Outside, take a seat on the inviting front porch to sip your morning coffee, early evening glass of wine, or spend an afternoon calming in the private backyard. We’ve curated every detail to ensure your stay is as cozy and memorable as possible.

Some History
This Colonial Revival home (the Josephine Disosway Duplex) was originally constructed around 1904 as a hotel/home and converted to its present form around 1920 and then stayed in the Disosway family until the 1970's.

  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local Crystal Coast visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, travel guides have money saving offers on nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.
