Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a Double Bed and a Twin Bed with Twin Trundle. Intelligent TV. Full Bath. Garage access with refrigerator, seating with dart board, and Intelligent TV.

Included amenities: standard wooden corn hole boards, bocce ball, horseshoes, and basketball hoop. 2 Enclosed Hot and Cold Outside Showers with dressing area.
