10 bedroom, 6 bath home with private pool at the Point on Emerald Isle. The home is split into 2 duplexes so there are 2 family rooms, 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms!

Located at the highly sought after area of the island called The Point.

We completely made over the home in 2018 including a new saltwater pool, quartz counter tops, linens, appliances, paint, and floor throughout.

NEW in 2024!!! We have constructed a boardwalk all the way to the beach. Now it is even easier getting all of your beach gear out to the water.

You will adore the private walkway to the beach, deck overlooking a private pool, ceiling fans in every room, covered parking, Wi-Fi, and Intelligent TVs in every room.

NEWLY ADDED area to play cornhole and NEW enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. (Added in 2021)

Being at the Point offers the option to play on the beach, picking up shells or walk around the inlet and discover the Sound.

Emerald Isle faces south so you have unobstructed vistas of the SUNRISE AND SUNSET from your upper and lower decks!

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in The Point, a neighborhood in Emerald Isle. Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Emerald Isle Woods Park. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

How to get the best Emerald Isle rental experience:

Get the most from your rental home budget:

• Summer is the most expensive season in Emerald Isle. To find the best value, shift your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property managers typically offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
