Stroll along Front Street's waterfront sidewalk while admiring the pretty homes and neighborhoods on your way to the 18th-century town center bursting with local stores, eateries, and historical sites. From here, you can book off-shore fishing charters and boat tours or hop aboard the ferry over to Shackleford Banks or Cape Lookout.

The townhome comes completely appointed for family comfort and carefree coastal living. In the mornings, start your day with a cup of coffee on the private balcony. In the evenings, fire up the grille for a fresh seafood feast out on the back patio. The full kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances and accessories you'll need for painless at-home meal prep. Intelligent TVs are equipped in the living room and primary bedroom. The primary bedroom also includes a dedicated desk for remote working. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers frequently offer renters an option to buy trip insurance.   • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers bothering your peaceful neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would have not otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
