- Well outfitted with appliances (full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, toaster and washer/dryer)

- Living area includes a 55 inch flat screen Roku TV (Netflix & Disney+ supplied). Please note we do not have cable due to the amount of streaming services supplied

- Queen Mattresses (highly rated memory foam bed), additional blanket, and a box fan available in each room

- Intelligent Plugs and Lamps in bedrooms

- Roku Intelligent TV within each bedroom

- Pet friendly for friendly family pets! Non-returnable pet fee of $150 applies. Animals MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process to incorporate the pet fee into the total price. - We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT supplied.

- We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

• In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Book your vacation home in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
• Booking websites frequently offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
