Atlantic Breeze North is the ideal place to get away and savor the ocean. Freshly remodeled and completely supplied, this cute little space has everything you may need!

The Upstairs Space in the Duplex.

- 2nd Street - 2 min. walk to the beach
- Supplied beach cart, beach chairs, and sand toys.
- Two designated parking spots are supplied.

Savor the sound of waves crashing on the deck while you grille out with friends or family. Centrally located to many delicious eateries and stores.

- Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath space is entirely outfitted.

- Enormous front porch with adirondack and lounge chairs

- Full kitchen including a coffee pot, french press, pots/pans, & dishes.

- Well supplied with appliances (full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, toaster and washer/dryer)

- Living area includes a 55 inch flat screen Roku TV (Netflix & Disney+ supplied). Please note we do not have cable due to the amount of streaming services included

- Queen Mattresses (highly rated memory foam bed), additional blanket, and a box fan available in each room

- Intelligent Plugs and Lamps in bedrooms

- Roku Intelligent TV within each bedroom

- High-speed WiFi

- Pet friendly for friendly family pets! Non-returnable pet fee of $150 applies. Family Animals MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process to incorporate the pet fee into the total price. Limit is (normally) 2 dogs; no other animals allowed. Please review the home rules for our full pet policy.

- We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT supplied.

- We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

- Inviting Work Space within one bedroom if you have to work a little before you can have some fun!

- Reserved driveway parking for 2 cars directly in front of the space

• Property management companies often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.
