Want the RV experience but don’t have an RV? That's not a problem! If you are considering purchasing an RV and want to try out RV living without buying one, we have added an RV to our vacation units. It is a 2022, 28-foot 5th Wheel with two slides that we are now renting as a Vacation Rental. It has a queen-sized bed with plenty of storage space for all your belongings, a full kitchen and bath, a Intelligent TV, a fireplace in the living room and bedroom, and a dining area/living room area. The RV sleeps two comfortably, but the dining room booths convert to a double bed.

The RV is close to the Intracoastal Waterway and a short distance to Historic Beaufort, Havelock, Newport, Morehead City, and Atlantic Beach. Bring your boat, you have complimentary access to the boat ramp and fishing pier. We have boats to rent for ½ and a full day on-site. We can hook (no pun intended) you up with a charter boat if you want to fish offshore. Downtown Beaufort has an array of marvelous stores and impressive eateries. When you book, we will give you a map of the area, coupons, and a special offer when you return!

Booking the best Beaufort vacation home experience:

Money saving strategies:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Reserve your Crystal Coast rental property in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, travel guides have coupons for local shops and restaurants.

Narrow your rental Search:

  • Choose a designated group leader, choose your vacation dates, and select a spending budget.
  • Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Charming RV in Fantastic Beaufort with AC, WiFi has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is usually accessible online. If not, email or call the property management company before booking your home. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • Visiting for a specific attraction or event? Use a map search to find nearby properties.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking
  • Some rental properties allow pets, and some don't. Acceptable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask your host about pet restrictions before booking.

More considerations for your visit:

  • Be sure you get the host's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your . Store the manager's information in your smartphone.
  • To ensure that damages aren't attributed to your family's visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas upon your arrival. Get in touch with the property manager immediately to document your findings. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Respect the neighborhood. Often times, nearby homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on good ratings to compel future bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation rental. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
