Want the RV experience but don’t have an RV? That's not a problem! If you are considering purchasing an RV and want to try out RV living without buying one, we have added an RV to our vacation units. It is a 2022, 28-foot 5th Wheel with two slides that we are now renting as a Vacation Rental. It has a queen-sized bed with plenty of storage space for all your belongings, a full kitchen and bath, a Intelligent TV, a fireplace in the living room and bedroom, and a dining area/living room area. The RV sleeps two comfortably, but the dining room booths convert to a double bed.

The RV is close to the Intracoastal Waterway and a short distance to Historic Beaufort, Havelock, Newport, Morehead City, and Atlantic Beach. Bring your boat, you have complimentary access to the boat ramp and fishing pier. We have boats to rent for ½ and a full day on-site. We can hook (no pun intended) you up with a charter boat if you want to fish offshore. Downtown Beaufort has an array of marvelous stores and charming eateries. When you book, we will give you a map of the area, coupons, and a special offer when you return!

Tips to get the best Beaufort vacation home experience:

How to get the best value:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. Reserve your vacation in Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Many property management companies supply Crystal Coast area visitors guides which will include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Crystal Coast visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

How to pick the best vacation home:

  • To start, have your group commit to vacation dates and a maximum budget.
  • Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Charming RV in Fantastic Beaufort with AC, WiFi has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is usually available on booking websites. If not, email or call the host before you reserve the home. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms.
  • Are you visiting for a single attraction? Use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking.
  • Do your family pets travel with you? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or may be applied to your agreement.

More tips for your stay:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Add a note with the directions to your smartphone, and take a printed copy.
  • To ensure that no damages are linked to your stay, inspect for any problem areas upon your arrival. Speak to the property manager right away to record any damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a fantastic resource to find the best local scenic spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Lock your rental while you are away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a wonderful stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
