Come and savor our Pristine Beach & Crystal Clear Pool from the comfort of this 2nd floor studio condo located just steps from the beach! The property has a huge grassy recreation area and PRIVATE GAZEBO ACCESS that leads directly to a beautiful, Secluded Beach for peaceful strolls, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks. There is also a Coastal bicycle path for invigorating jogs, bicycle rides, or walks. Watch Sun, Surf & Sand Vacation Units presents Ocean Sands on YT.

Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.

The interior features a queen bed, a full size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Upgraded plank floor and handsome furnishings pieces accentuate the Modern Decor. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest kids. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

This is a beachfront complex but your unit faces the road side of the complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. You can appreciate Ocean vistas from the wraparound public balcony, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

Secure Free WiFi is supplied for your convenience. Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street. Food Lion is just a mile away. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

- Family Animals (1 dog less than 30 lbs) may be allowed if the Pets Accepted function is allowed by the host. 1 dog is subject to a $100 pet fee per stay. 1 dog must have all shots and flea meds. Guest must not leave dog unattended in room. Guest must clean up after dog.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this apartment is near theme parks and on the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection.   • Keep the property locked while you are gone! Don't let burglars ruin your trip.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good ratings to compel new bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will appreciate that you share your experience find their best vacation rental. Please be objective.
