This private huge beach home is ideal for summer gatherings and calming peaceful getaways to the beach throughout the year. The reverse floor plan home features an elevator and a new 4-person golf cart. This alluring home sits on a highly elevated lot and looks out over a sizable community-owned field with maritime forest and on toward the ocean. The ocean-facing covered and sun decks savor exceptional ocean breezes, and if you continue to the rooftop deck, you'll catch a glimpse of the ocean! The reverse floor plan includes the living space plus office areas and a freshly refreshed kitchen that is completely outfitted with essentials to make your stay a enjoyment. This home features 3 en-suites with the primary en-suite on the top level. The second floor is where you'll find 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a laundry room with a full dryer and washer. The second floor also has one huge bedroom with 1 sleeper couch and 2 twin beds. The additional room has 2 sleeper couches. Great eateries for dining in or take out.

This home is ideal for extended vacations, school track-out, and working remotely while you and your family and friends appreciate the beach. It's also magnificent for Grandparents who want to have family join them during their stay.

Beach chairs, body boards, umbrellas, and other recreational equipment located in the garage. Many outdoor activities including the clubhouse pool, multiple tennis/pickleball courts, and the enormous community field located directly behind the home for the family cornhole (in garage) tournament, relaxing yoga, or pickup soccer or football game.
