Beach Blessings is an Almost Oceanfront, 7-bedroom, 6-full, and 2-half bath home located directly across from the beach access in the heart of Emerald Isle. Beach Blessings is one of our exclusive Blue Pearl Homes. Exquisitely-furnished and exceptionally-appointed, Blue Pearl Homes are top-of-the-line vacation homes. As such, Beach Blessings features an upgraded linen package, with your beds made-up for you, and comes with a heated pool (may be heated upon request for $625/week), a hot tub, and an elevator.

Beach Blessings has gotten a facelift this spring with new carpet in all the bedrooms and new lights in all the bathrooms. The three king bedrooms have all new furnishings, and the three bedrooms on the west side of the home (top, middle, and ground floors) have new, firmer beds. The top floor living area has a new comfortable sectional and beautiful tables, and the wood floors are all shined up. The kitchen appliances were refreshed late last summer and are ready for your gourmet cooking.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay, last min. or off-season only.

This home only offers first right of refusal for weeks between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Payment is due at the time of booking.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Emerald Isle. To book the largest rental home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Crystal Coast restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Some owners offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
• Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.
