DESCRIPTION:
The name says it all! Sanctuary offers fabulous ocean vistas with a private pool and simple ocean access, located in Sea Dunes. This 3rd Row home is located just up the hill from the public beach access, only a short walk and you will have your toes in the sand!

Upon entering the ground floor you are welcomed into a tiled entryway and just to the right you will find the rec room. This room is furnished with a foosball table, sitting area with TV, full bath, and 2 bedrooms. One room is home to a bunk bed while the other has just 2 twins. Both rooms are brightly decorated to ensure a cheery beach attitude! This floor is the ideal hang out for the kids!
As you head up the stairs to the 2nd floor you will discover the "bedroom" floor. There is a King master suite with deck access, separate vanity and private toilet and shower, a room with a Queen bed with deck access that shares a bath with another room with a King bed. All of these rooms are delightfully decorated and make it painless for everybody to appreciate their own space. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all bed linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters.
The 3rd floor is the main living area where the view of the Atlantic Ocean is what makes this home a hidden gem! Savor the view and the breeze from one of the rockers offered, a sure anxiety reliever! The open layout of this floor creates a roomy living space so the whole family can savor. From calming in the living area or dining area to sitting at the bar in the well-outfitted kitchen, you are sure to be comfortable! Also on this floor, you will find a den area with a daybed and trundle. This room can be made private by shutting the doors and a half bath is offered as well.
If you would like to bring your pup on vacation please do! There is a $150 non-returnable pet fee so please be sure to choose the option upon booking.

  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to confirm you have not forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
