This is a third-floor, generously decorated, one-bedroom suite located in building L overlooking the courtyard with pool and ocean vistas. The linens is a queen in the primary suite with a private bath, a double in the convertible den area, a sleeper couch in the living area, and a full bath in the hallway, along with the completely equipped galley kitchen. This suite is unique in that it has a private washer and dryer inside the unit! Other amenities in the condo are a dishwasher, two TVs, a DVD player, and complimentary WiFi. The oceanfront complex offers broad amenities including an outdoor pool with a waterslide, an indoor pool, a hot tub, an elevator, tennis and basketball courts, shared grilles, a game room, and laundry facilities on-site.

• Document any damages to the property upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are beneficial if a dispute arises.
• Be respectful. Often times, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
• When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
