This newly refreshed 2 bedroom 2 bath, second floor condo has an open floor plan and many new updates! The main bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a queen bed and a twin daybed. A spiral staircase leads you up to the second bedroom loft with vaulted ceilings, a queen bed, a full bed and a full attached bath.

The family room has vaulted ceilings, a variety of games for family fun, books for beach reading and double slider doors to your enormous private balcony. Unwind on the balcony with your morning coffee in rocking chairs with vistas of the striking courtyard.

The entirely equipped, updated kitchen has granite countertops, peninsula seating, both a Keurig and a Cuisinart coffee maker and every gadget you could need for appreciating a great meal! Ceiling fans and intelligent TVs are in every room, as well as an abundance of USB chargers for your convenience. A washer and dryer is supplied for your use as well.
