Fairfield Harbour offers an array of amenities, including land and water sports, river cruises, live entertainment, and opportunities to discover New Bern's 300 years of historical treasures.

The Space:
At Fairfield Harbour step into your new home away from home. You'll appreciate your 1 bedroom/1bath condo that is 511 sq ft! The master bedroom has a king bed (varies), an attached en suite and jetted tub. In the living room there is a queen couch sleeper, and access to the balcony/patio where you can appreciate the sights with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 4 guests!  A mini kitchen and a dining room, accepts you the option to prepare your own meals and savor the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have at the resort, you're sure to make many phenomenal memories!

Located in New Bern, this condo is next to a golf course and on a lake. Greater Good Art Gallery and New Bern Civic Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Northwest Creek Marina and New Bern Grand Marina.

  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a fantastic stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it.
