Pier Pointe Condos are located in the handsome town of Emerald Isle! These condominiums offer a whole slew of impressive amenities that the whole family will be sure to savor! You will have access to the outdoor swimming pool (open during the season), tennis courts, outside grilles, and outside showers. Let's not forget about the striking vistas you will take in throughout your vacation. You'll be able to see both the ocean and the sound from the complex and you can take advantage of the convenient oceanfront walkways with covered seating available that overlook the ocean. Each building at Pier Pointe is 3 stories high and contains 6 units. Please note that elevators are not available at this location.

Pier Pointe 6A1 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that is breathtakingly close to the oceanfront (just one building away)! Units are available throughout the year, so this is an extraordinary option for you and your family no matter when you like to travel! Afraid you'll be disconnected for too long during your vacation?! No problem! Pier Pointe Condos offer High-Speed Wireless Internet! The huge living area has a NEW VIZIO 50" Class 4K Ultra High Definition LED Intelligent TV with streaming and other apps pre-installed for all of your streaming needs to boot!

Pier Pointe 6A1 comes with a beach-side covered deck with Adirondack chairs and snack tables - to make things even more convenient, the deck is accessed directly from the living area. There is also a street-side deck with the same seating options, so you have plenty of options to choose from!

The condo has a dining area and a kitchen with everything you'll need including two complete sets of flatware and serving silverware!

Master Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, Element 24-inch ROKU Intelligent LED TV, full bathroom with an additional-enormous hottub tub, separate stall shower and two-sink vanity.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and an Element 24-inch ROKU Intelligent LED TV. This room has access to a full bathroom in the hallway with a stall shower.

Linens and towels included (weekly stays only).

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Nightly units are allowed with a 2-nighttime minimum (Year-Round).

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Parking Passes, which will be available in your Pre-Arrival Email.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
