Start your mornings with a calming coffee on the private deck off the primary bedroom, or appreciate a friendly game of ping pong and corn hole when you're ready for a break from the beach. Inside, you'll find extravagant furnishings throughout, a completely equipped kitchen, and the convenience of a washer and dryer. With just a short walk to public beach access, The Salty Pelican is the ideal spot for a calming coastal escape.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not included. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non returnable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog max..
Vacation Rental By Owner guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

OTHER NOTES:
-No smoking
-For beach access, turn to the right when walking out the door. It is about a 5 to 7 min. walk from the home.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. With fishing and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a fantastic time? Most rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
