This unit is uniquely laid out.. It offers 2 bedrooms.. each with a queen bed complete with linens. One has a glider rocker the other has loveseat. There is a 1/2 bath in the unit and just through an interior door is a 3/4 bath as well.. towels, etc supplied. A completely equipped full kitchen and dining for 4. We are located away in the country 10 min from downtown New Bern, the Neuse River, Trent River and only 1 hour from 3 different beaches. We offer short and long term units. NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED IN THIS UNIT. $250 per pet charge should you ignore this rule. This unit is in a home which is connected to another unit. One 1 of the bedrooms is backed up to the laundry room. Neither side can access the other without both sides unlocking the door.

When to book a Crystal Coast rental & When to go:

  • The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Crystal Coast area. To book the largest rental home for your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Crystal Coast attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Some owners offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
