This condo is really the ideal place for a fun and calming vacation. There are great amenities including tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground and a boat ramp, located just across the street in the rest of the community area. Beach access is also just steps away for a day in the sun, or you can spend the day relaxing at the pool! A Premier Linen Package is included with your reservation. WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-Boat Slips are available for rent with Beacons Reach Marina (the slip is not supplied, there is an additional fee) *
-No family pets allowed

• Property managers typically offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
