Summer Winds A-104 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath First Floor Oceanfront Condo. Great ground floor location & close proximity to the main pool area. Cavernous open Living Area with tile floor. (Couch is a Queen Sleeper.) Dining Area with seating for 4. Kitchen Bar has seating for 4 as well. Granite countertops in kitchen area with a microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher & refrigerator with ice maker. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed & private bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Full Bath located off living area.

Additional Conveniences: 2 Flat Screen TVs, 1 DVD Player, 1 CD Player, & Outdoor Covered Patio. Washer & Dryer also available for your use.

NOTE: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes walkway work. All elevators are operational.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Indian Beach. To find the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Crystal Coast restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
