Endless ocean vistas from this three bedroom oceanfront condo! The pretty vistas and alluring interior are a winning combination. The master bedroom holds a queen size bed, the second bedroom holds another queen and the third bedroom holds one twin and one full size beds. The kitchen and baths are refreshed with modern fixtures. Reservations include linens and towels with freshly made beds. This unit rents Saturday to Saturday. Located in Building A. NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED.

Summer Winds provides an impressive number of recreational amenities that make it "the vacation spot" of choice for renters year after year. Available for your leisure are three enormous outdoor pools with tanning decks; a heated indoor pool; both indoor and outdoor hot tubs; men and women's saunas; as well as a professionally equipped exercise facility. Our sports complex center also features racquetball, basketball, and lighted tennis courts to cater to the active competitors in your family. There is also an arcade with a snack bar. NO BOAT PARKING.

Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.
