This completely refreshed condo in a PRIME Emerald Isle location offers sizable flat screened TV's in every bedroom and Livingroom. , with constructed in gaming port in 3rd bedroom. You can see the waves from the Living Room, Master Bedroom Suite (with king-size bed,) Dining Table, Kitchen and 3rd Bedroom. All bedrooms have roomy closets. Kitchen has new granite countertops and cabinets. Condo comes with access to two swimming pools (between Memorial Day and Labor Day,) two tennis courts and a pickle ball court. Walking distance to pier, eateries, bars, grocery store and walking/bicycle path. Location, location, location!

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is near the beach. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Isle Adventures. The Sweet Spot and MacDaddy's Entertainment Center are also worth visiting.

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to establish what configuration is optimal for your trip.
  • Is your group looking for specific amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking.
  • If your group is bringing pets, you'll need to book a pet-friendly vacation rental. Get details on breed, size, and type restrictions. Usually, property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.

Advice for your stay:

  • Double-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
