The only cure for that is to pack up the family, head to Emerald Isle and vacation in this excellent 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Oceanfront Duplex! Sea Fever West is just waiting for your arrival!

Bedroom #1 has a King bed and a TV. Bedroom #2 has a King bed and a TV. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed, a Twin/Double Bunk, and a TV. There are two full bathrooms and nice living and dining spaces.

The completely equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher!

Additional Conveniences: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your streaming and browsing convenience. There are 3 flat-screen intelligent TVs in the home with Neflix, Amazon Prime Instant Video, and Roku access!

Appreciate the salty beach air while taking in the vistas of the charming crystal-colored sea from the covered furnished deck while sipping your morning coffee! When you're ready to head to the sand, the private beach walkway is waiting!

Linens and towels are included (weekly stays only).

Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
