Pelican's Roost 11 is an Oceanside studio condo, located upstairs on the 2nd floor. This studio has a Queen bed. NEWLY ADDED wireless high speed internet! The open concept Living Area has comfortable seating and is open to the Kitchen with a Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and Stove. The Living Area has a basic cable TV. Need to do laundry during your stay? Coin operated laundry is located in the first building, off of the game room.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
