Available June 16-23, 2024 only. Renovated three years ago. Close to beach. Indoor pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. First floor. Unit has elevator access, and a few steps access.
Peppertree - Atlantic Beach Resort (Festiva).
Resort requires credit card on file for incidentals. There is no sales pitch/presentation. This is my week that I own.
Check in 4pm 6/16, checkout 10am 6/23. You can come earlier and stay later those days to use the beach access and pools.

• Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Leave a review! Hosts rely on good reviews to drive more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your feedback find their best vacation rental. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
