Available June 16-23, 2024 only. Renovated three years ago. Close to beach. Indoor pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. First floor. Unit has elevator access, and a few steps access.
Peppertree - Atlantic Beach Resort (Festiva).
Resort requires credit card on file for incidentals. There is no sales pitch/presentation. This is my week that I own.
Check in 4pm 6/16, checkout 10am 6/23. You can come earlier and stay later those days to use the beach access and pools.

• Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
