Available June 16-23, 2024 only. Renovated three years ago. Close to beach. Indoor pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. First floor. Unit has elevator access, and a few steps access.
Peppertree - Atlantic Beach Resort (Festiva).
Resort requires credit card on file for incidentals. There is no sales pitch/presentation. This is my week that I own.
Check in 4pm 6/16, checkout 10am 6/23. You can come earlier and stay later those days to use the beach access and pools.

• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected everything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
• Leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to inspire future reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
