Play tennis or grille-out & picnic in the landscaped courtyards. Located off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & eateries. A 2,000 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

C-304 Pebble Beach is 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Cozy Third Floor Almost Oceanfront Condo. (Only 1 building from the ocean.) Balcony with furnishings. Dining Area. Wet Bar. Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher & microwave. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath and shares a balcony with the Living Room. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath and a Balcony. 2 TVs with Cable and 2 Bedroom TVs with DVD Players, Stereo with CD Player. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer.

No Smoking. No Animals.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are supplied with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Nightly units will be allowed with a 3-nighttime minimum (off-season only).

Linens and Towels supplied (weekly stays only).

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean.   • Summertime is high season in the Crystal Coast area. Booking in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes.
  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.

  • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
