A short walk along our painless access, private boardwalk puts you on the beach. Plus, there is an elevated common deck area prefect for social gatherings and appreciating sunset vistas! Level One: The kitchen area has a humongous breakfast bar and appliances including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, ice maker, air fryer/toaster oven, blender. The furnishings is comfortable with plenty of deck space. Bedroom # 4 has a King Bed. The primary bath has been enlarged with shower and complimentary standing tub with double vanity sink. Sliding doors provide access to the private elevated deck overlooking the grassy common area. Ideal for reading, private time, or checking in at work. Please Note: THIS IS AN ATLANTIC BEACH OFFICE CHECK-IN. Complex units are ONLY allowed two (2) parking passes, which are numbered. Renters MUST check into the Atlantic Beach Office for these to be assigned.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
