Ocean Reef 14-A1 is a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, condo located in the fashionable "Ocean Reef" complex and is sure to delight your entire family! The Almost Oceanfront Condo has vistas of the ocean and has its very own covered outdoor deck with deck furnishings! This condo is also located in a gated community!

Total Bed Count: 2 Queen Beds and 1 Queen Sleeper Couch (Linens are NOT included for Queen Sleeper Couch).

Conveniences Include: High-Speed Wireless Internet, Coffee Maker, Interior Washer and Dryer, Covered Deck with Deck Furnishings, Outdoor Decks.

Complex Conveniences: Complex has Pool, Basketball, and Shuffleboard Facilities (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

No Smoking. No Family Animals.

Linens and Towels are supplied with beds made (weekly stays only).

Rents weekly only from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 2-nighttime minimum stay (off-season only).

Even though this is a keyless rental, guests MUST stop by the check-in office to pick up gate cards.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
