This property has only been on the rental market for 1 year and is very clean and well maintained. “Emerald Dawn” features ocean vistas from nearly every bedroom, a walkway onto a peaceful beach, 3 furnished decks, a gas grille, completely equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, 3 workspaces, Cable and Intelligent TVs in every room.

You will only be mins. away from some of the best that the Island has to offer! Walk (or hop in a rented golf cart) and discover the local pier, waterpark, mini golf, movie theatre, paved cycling trail, beach stores, grocery stores, eateries and bars from this very centrally located property. Come and be one of the first to appreciate Emerald Dawn!

* The pool on the property belongs to the other half of the duplex . Guests on our side do NOT have access to the pool.

• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
