This getaway has been freshly modernized with all new kitchen appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, and vanities. You will savor the two cavernous decks, a second row view of the ocean from the ocean side deck and a town view from the front deck. There is a rinse off shower and a fish cleaning station. Sunshine or shade: You'll find a comfortable and comfortable spot to 'drink in' the breezes, the sunshine, the tranquility, and the comfort of Atlantic Beach, North Carolina.

Inside, this marvelous bungalow offers a cozy open floor plan with an inviting living area with comfortable couches and a sizable intelligent TV, a dining table, and a completely appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher.

Downstairs, you will find a separate level that acts as a guest suite for greater relaxation and privacy. There is plenty of light, a cozy eating area, a sink, a comfortable bed, a TV, and a washer/dryer to refresh your beach clothes.

Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
Summer is the most expensive season in Atlantic Beach. To find the most suitable rental within budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
Property managers frequently offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance.
