3 level, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhome in Oceanside Villas #33 located in Atlantic Beach. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. The second floor has a king master bedroom with 65" intelligent TV and a queen bedroom (with 50" intelligent TV) as well as a washer and dryer.
Both bedrooms on the second floor have workstations for those who need to get some work done while being away. A computer screen is included in the master bedroom on the second floor.

The third floor has a king master bedroom with 65" intelligent TV and bath.
Second and third floor masters have private balconies overlooking the pool area.

Towels and linen are supplied. Wifi internet access and Intelligent TVs available in each room. All floors are accessible through an elevator for simple access.

The Oceanside Villa community has direct access to the beach (5 min walk), as well as a beautiful pool area steps from the back patio. While there are eateries, in walking distance, the unit is only mins. away from downtown Morehead City and handsome Beaufort.

The interior includes new furnishings. Keyless entry front door, recliner couch, 65" intelligent TV on the walls. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee/tea maker, airfryer, and mixer. New dining room set that sits 6 people and a breakfast bar that can sit 4 more people. Charcoal grille supplied on the back patio with the patio providing direct access to the pool area (with kid proof gate).

The unit has two parking places with additional parking available by the pool area.

  • Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed everything on check-out day. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
