The Great Room's Atlantic Ocean vistas are phenominal! In the Living Area appreciate comfortable seating, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Flat Panel Intelligent TV with access to streaming apps, and more! This property features an interior Laundry Area with Washer/Dryer. The Dining Area offers ample seating while bar seating makes a great place for light meal, breakfast, lunch, or dinner! The modern Kitchen is equipped with Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Griddle. Central Heat/Air Conditioning. Appreciate sea and sun on the Private Deck with Furnishings, partake a slumber in the Hammock, or delight in an al fresco meal at the Picnic Table after cooking on the included Charcoal Grille! The Enclosed Outside Shower with Hot/Cold Water is ideal for painless beach clean up before your next activity. When to reserve a Crystal Coast rental home & When to go:

  • To book the largest vacation home for your budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Crystal Coast attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
