Welcome to Dock of the Bay! Savor being soundfront on the canal with gorgeous vistas and a private dock while being less than 1000 feet from the beach!

The Ground Level includes an outdoor patio area, lawn, and private canal dock - highlights of the home's features! Inside the main entry leads up to the Middle Level. The Middle Level offers a great room with an inviting living area with comfortable furnishings, a dining area ideal for your meals, and a modern entirely equipped kitchen with coffee maker, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and blender. Also on this level are Bedroom #1 with a Queen bed, TV, and balcony access, and the first shared Full Bath. The Top Level gives way to Bedroom #2 with a Queen bed, TV, and balcony access, Bedroom #3 with a King bed, TV, and balcony access, and the second Full Bath.

Linens and towels included with beds made for weekly stays.

When to visit & When to book:

  • The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Summer time is high season in Atlantic Beach. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is an excellent way to save on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local Crystal Coast area magazine upon checking in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guides contain coupons for local attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Re-check the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at departure. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on good feedback to drive more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
