Oceanfront Cottage with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Q* Q* Q* 2S. This classic bungalow has a cavernous open living room with 3 recliners and a sizable sectional couch, dining area, and cathedral ceiling and clerestory windows. Renovations include new bamboo floor, ceiling fans throughout, refreshed furnishings and new beds. Kitchen is completely equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a crock pot, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffeepot and blender. 65” Intelligent TV in the living room and a Intelligent TV in each bedroom. Hulu + Live TV streaming is supplied, as well as WIFI. Open and covered oceanfront deck with rocking chairs and polywood lounge chairs. Unique two-level, elevated dune deck that provides expansive vistas of the ocean. Cold outside shower, washer/dryer in ground level utility room, gas grille and picnic table. Linens (linens, bath towels, kitchen towels) supplied. Starting 2025- beds will be made upon arrival. Pet Friendly with $250.00 non-returnable pet fee per dog. Limit of 2 housebroken dogs of approved breed, 35 lb. max. No Smoking! Rents Saturday to Saturday.

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Crystal Coast attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.

  • Lock your rental home while you're out and about. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Document any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are helpful if there is a dispute.
  • Be a good neighbor. Frequently, surrounding homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected everything. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a great stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
