Fairfield Harbour offers an array of amenities, including land and water sports, river cruises, live entertainment, and opportunities to discover New Bern's 300 years of historical treasures.

The Space:
At Fairfield Harbour step into your new home away from home. You'll adore your 2 bedroom/2 bath deluxe condo that is 1417-1458 sq ft! The master bedroom has a queen bed, an attached en suite and jetted tub. The second bedroom has two queen beds and access to a bathroom. In the living room there is a queen couch sleeper, and access to the balcony/patio where you can savor the sights with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 8 guests!  A full kitchen and a dinning room, accepts you the option to prepare your own meals and appreciate the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have at the resort, you're sure to make many marvelous memories!

How to get the best rental value:

  • In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.

  • Just before checking out, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
