Fairfield Harbour offers an array of amenities, including land and water sports, river cruises, live entertainment, and opportunities to discover New Bern's 300 years of historical treasures.

The Space:
At Fairfield Harbour step into your new home away from home. You'll appreciate your 1 bedroom/1bath deluxe condo that is 856-980 sq ft! The master bedroom has a king bed (varies), an attached en suite and jetted tub. In the living room there is a queen couch sleeper, and access to the balcony/patio where you can savor the sights with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 4 guests!  A full kitchen and a dinning room, accepts you the option to prepare your own meals and appreciate the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have at the resort, you're sure to make many amazing memories!

  • In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved very early. Booking your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.

  • Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
