2. Security Deposit - $500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, scuba diving, and snorkeling nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

• Some property management companies offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
• Booking websites typically offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
• Did you have a great stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
