Giant 2 bedroom and two bath condo with Sensational Ocean view and a sizable balcony. It has been newly modernized including new floor. The master bedroom has a King bed and bathroom. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen is completely equip with a dishwasher and modest appliances. Unit has a washer and dryer. Extensive Living and Dining area. The condo and complex are very family and kid friendly. NO SMOKING and NO FAMILY PETS. Linens and towels are supplied with 5 nighttime stay or more with beds made. Rents Sunday to Sunday.

CBS is a smoke complimentary/vape complimentary community including all common areas, beach front decks, individual unit decks, the pool picnic area and the parking lot.
Renters are not allowed to smoke inside the condos.

About the Area

Located in Salter Path, this condo is on the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early.
